Terms & Conditions:
Welcome to Sun Lighting online. If you wish to purchase from our online catalog, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. Sun Lighting reserves the right to modify or change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. Therefore, we recommend that you please read them carefully before you use this website.

Warranties:
All products sold by Sun Lighting are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you have purchased a product from Sun Lighting and find it to be defective, please contact Customer Support at 520.322.4303 for assistance in processing your claim. Sun Lighting is in no way liable for any installation, and is not responsible for any associated expenses incurred.

Defective Products:
If within (14) days of receiving your order, any product proves to be defective, contact Customer Support at 520.322.4303 immediately. Do Not Ship the product back without contacting us first for an (RGA) # and return instructions. After we receive the defective merchandise, we will test it, if need be, and we will ship back to you (at our expense) a non–defective replacement product.

Delivery Information:
We will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders take approximately 2 to 6 weeks for delivery depending on availability. Occasionally production schedules change and a product will be temporarily out of stock. This can cause delays. Backorders are beyond our control. Delivery times are subject to change without notice. Sun Lighting is in no way responsible for any factory delays and we will not compensate for delayed orders. Please contact Customer Support at 520.322.4303 if your order has not been received in the expected time frame. We will contact you by e-mail with any backorder information we receive.

Out of Stock Items:
We make every effort to stock as many products as possible, however we are not able to stock every item, or occasionally production schedules change and a product will be temporarily out of stock. This can cause delays. Backorders are beyond our control. Delivery times are subject to change without notice. Sun Lighting is in no way responsible for any factory delays and we will not compensate for delayed orders. Please contact Customer Support at 520.322.4303 if your order has not been received in the expected time frame. We will contact you by e-mail with any backorder information we receive.

Shipping:
We ship products via basic ground on all major carriers. Deliveries are made Monday Friday, daytime hours only. A freight company representative may contact you by phone to arrange a delivery appointment. Express delivery is available on some orders for an additional charge. Please contact Customer Support at 520-322-4303 to learn if your order can be express delivered for an additional fee. At this time, we only ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Larger items will ship via truck freight. Items shipped freight are delivered to curbside or driveway only and may incur an oversized item surcharge; for any addition delivery needs or questions, please contact our sales professionals at 520-322-4303 or Live Chat. Truck freight orders require that someone is available to accept the delivery. Most carriers will contact you to set up a delivery time, usually a 2-4 hour appointment window during normal business hours. If the carrier is unable to contact the customer, the customer will then be responsible for any storage fees, freight charges back to the manufacturer in addition to the original shipment expense. Expedited Shipping Services are available including, Next Day, 2-Day, 3-Days Services. Sun Lighting, Inc. will not be liable for expedited shipping charges due to delay in the lead time of an order. Expedited shipping services are offered only to speed up the Transit Time. We have no control over the in-house time of an order (time prior to shipment) and do not guarantee or promise delivery dates. Therefore, we request that our customers plan ahead and place timely orders that allow for both in-house and the transit time. Lead times that are stated on the product pages represent the average time frame a manufacturer is shipping their product and are not to be taken as a guarantee. Instead, they should be used as a rough guideline for estimating the lead times. Contact Customer Service to arrange for expedited shipping at 520-322-4303.

Shipping Damage:
If the packaging appears to be damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier; or please make sure when signing the shipper's proof-of delivery slip, you include a note stating the package is or appears to be damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform Customer Support at 520.322.4303 and the carrier (UPS, Fed-Ex, etc.) immediately. Depending on the product and where/how it was shipped, it may be necessary for you to deal with the carrier yourself.

Returns:
HOLD ON TO THE ORIGINAL BOXES AND PACKAGING. Sun Lighting will only accept a return if a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) has been issued and the product is returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. Products may be returned within 14 days of receiving them. The products must be brand new (never used or installed) and in perfect condition with all of the manufacturer’s packaging intact. All returns are subject to a restocking fee up 50% of the purchase price; custom items, and items over $500 are non-refundable. Restocking fees may vary by manufacturer, so please contact Customer Support at 520.322.4303 with any related questions. Your original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. Orders returned after 14 days or without an RGA # will be refused.

Cancellations & Changes:
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as quickly as possible at Customer Support at 520.322.4303, between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm (Mountain Time) Monday – Friday. Cancellations are not guaranteed until you receive an email confirming cancellation.

Do you have products that are not listed on your web site?
We have access to thousands of light fixtures and ceiling fans that are not yet listed on our site. If you are looking for a particular fixture, contact us with the item number and manufacturer information at Customer Support or 520.322.4303.

How do I place an order online?
Add the items that are available for online purchase to your cart, and then proceed to shopping cart check out.

How do I know my online order has been processed?
You will receive an email order confirmation for your purchase. This confirmation will be emailed to the email address you provided during the ordering process. If you do not receive and email confirmation, please contact us a Customer Support at 520-322-4303.

Where do you ship?
We ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address during checkout.

What methods of payment does your store accept?
Visa, Master Card, or ATM for online purchases.

Do you do custom fixture quotes?
Yes, we do. Please contact our sales staff at Customer Support at 520-322-4303. We work with a handful of custom lighting companies so please feel free to contact us with concepts or drawings.

When ordering a ceiling fan how do I order accessories such as down rods, wall controls or remote controls?
Contact us at Customer Support at 520-322-4303 and our staff will get you the appropriate information and process the order for ceiling fan accessories. Please have ceiling heights available, if your ceiling is sloped please let us know? Are you interested in a remote or wall control for your fan? What size down rod do you need? We are here to answer all your questions.
