you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.
Sun Lighting reserves the right to modify or change the Terms
and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. Therefore,
we recommend that you please read them carefully before you
use this website.
All products sold by Sun Lighting
are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If
you have purchased a product from Sun Lighting and find
it to be defective, please contact Customer Support at
520.322.4303 for assistance in processing your claim.
Sun Lighting is in no way liable for any installation,
and is not responsible for any associated expenses incurred.
If within (14) days of receiving
your order, any product proves to be defective, contact Customer
Support at 520.322.4303 immediately. Do Not Ship the product
back without contacting us first for an (RGA) # and return
instructions. After we receive the defective merchandise,
we will test it, if need be, and we will ship back to you
(at our expense) a non–defective replacement product.
We will make every effort to ship
your order as quickly as possible. Orders take approximately
2 to 6 weeks for delivery depending on availability. Occasionally
production schedules change and a product will be temporarily
out of stock. This can cause delays. Backorders are beyond
our control. Delivery times are subject to change without
notice. Sun Lighting is in no way responsible for any factory
delays and we will not compensate for delayed orders. Please
contact Customer Support at 520.322.4303 if your order has
not been received in the expected time frame. We will contact
you by e-mail with any backorder information we receive.

We make every effort to stock
as many products as possible, however we are not able to
stock every item, or occasionally production schedules change
and a product will be temporarily out of stock. This can
cause delays. Backorders are beyond our control. Delivery
times are subject to change without notice. Sun Lighting
is in no way responsible for any factory delays and we will
not compensate for delayed orders. Please contact Customer

in the expected time frame. We will contact you by e-mail
with any backorder information we receive.
We ship products via basic ground on all major carriers. Deliveries are made Monday – Friday, daytime hours
only. A freight company representative may contact you by phone to arrange a delivery appointment. Express delivery is available on
some orders for an additional charge. Please contact Customer Support at 520-322-4303 to learn if your order can be express delivered
for an additional fee. At this time, we only ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or
military APO/FPO addresses. Larger items will ship via truck freight. Items shipped freight are delivered to curbside or driveway only
and may incur an oversized item surcharge; for any addition delivery needs or questions, please contact our sales professionals at
520-322-4303 or Live Chat. Truck freight orders require that someone is available to accept the delivery. Most carriers will contact
you to set up a delivery time, usually a 2-4 hour appointment window during normal business hours. If the carrier is unable to contact
the customer, the customer will then be responsible for any storage fees, freight charges back to the manufacturer in addition to the
original shipment expense. Expedited Shipping Services are available including, Next Day, 2-Day, 3-Days Services. Sun Lighting, Inc.
will not be liable for expedited shipping charges due to delay in the lead time of an order. Expedited shipping services are offered
only to speed up the Transit Time. We have no control over the in-house time of an order (time prior to shipment) and do not guarantee
or promise delivery dates. Therefore, we request that our customers plan ahead and place timely orders that allow for both in-house and
the transit time. Lead times that are stated on the product pages represent the average time frame a manufacturer is shipping their
product and are not to be taken as a guarantee. Instead, they should be used as a rough guideline for estimating the lead times.

If the packaging appears to be
damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the
carrier; or please make sure when signing the shipper's proof-of
delivery slip, you include a note stating the package is
or appears to be damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment,

(UPS, Fed-Ex, etc.) immediately. Depending on the product
and where/how it was shipped, it may be necessary for you
to deal with the carrier yourself.
ON TO THE ORIGINAL BOXES AND PACKAGING. Sun Lighting
will only accept a return
if a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) has been
issued and the product is returned in the original
manufacturer's packaging. Products may be returned within
14 days of
receiving them. The products must be brand new (never
used or installed) and in perfect condition with all
of the manufacturer’s packaging intact. All returns
are subject to a restocking fee up 50% of the purchase
price; custom items, and items over $500 are non-refundable.
